Message It's been a while since I have posted out here on tt.net, but recently I decided to get my Z back in running order as it had been down for a bit due to a bad injector, and I had an *outstanding* experience taking it to RDZ (RDZ's Homepage) in Danbury, CT. It is so infrequent in this day and age that your expectations are actually exceeded when you pay for something, but that is exactly what Rich and Scott down at RDZ did. So I felt it worth posting to get the word out.

They did the whole plenum pull job, replaced the old style 555cc injectors with the newer Nismo 740cc injectors and a Z1 eprom. While they were at it I had them put in the Selin dual-MAF setup. Rich is meticulous and the car was in every way better when I got it back than when I left it. I swear they washed and waxed the front end...the car was spotless!

I also have to give a quick plug to Chris over at EFILogics (right down the street from RDZ) for doing the tune. I have a S-AFC and Chris used it to fine tune the car in only three runs! The car runs as smooth as glass. The car still has stock turbos and 102K on the clock, so it didn't break any HP records, but you will see that the curve looks great and the car really runs unbelievably well. There are a ton of runs in their interactive Dyno Database...my run is here: Dyno Chart

I would highly recommend both of these shops for your Z mechanical and tuning needs! A huge thanks to Rich and Chris!
